Alex’s journey at InfoWest as a Customer Support Technician has been nothing short of rewarding. Over the past two years, he has not only honed his technical skills but also discovered a passion for working with diverse individuals.
When it comes to helping people with their internet, Alex has found that his biggest strength in tough situations has been his patience.
“There’s never an issue that can’t be solved, it just depends on how much time and effort you’re willing to put in to solve it.” Said Alex “Just take it one step at a time and slowly you’ll get there.”
One aspect that Alex particularly cherishes about his time at InfoWest is the remarkable work environment and the meaningful friendships he has cultivated with his colleagues. The Internet People’s culture is defined by a perfect blend of productivity and enjoyment, fostering a fun and laid-back atmosphere and still being a leader in internet technology in Southern and Central Utah.
Alex finds great pleasure in collaborating with supervisors, who not only provide guidance and support but also add an element of excitement to the workplace. The camaraderie among the team members has made every day at InfoWest an enjoyable experience.
Expressing his gratitude, Alex acknowledges the invaluable skills he has acquired during his tenure at InfoWest. Beyond technical knowledge, he has learned the importance of patience, adaptability, and effective communication. These skills are not only crucial for his role as a Customer Support Technician but also for personal growth and development. Cheryl has a passion for cooking authentic Jamaican food and celebrating her heritage. She ran a catering company for years but has dreamed of opening a brick-and-mortar to bring more culture into St. George. She is proud to support a local company.
