Tiffany -Richfield CSR

January 9, 2023

Tiffany started working at InfoWest in 2019 and has loved the environment and is proud of how much she has grown in her customer service and professional skills. She enjoys talking with customers to help them fulfill their internet needs. When asked what her greatest strength is, she said, “I find people leave feeling happier on the phone from when I first picked it up.” Tiffany has a soft yet bold talent with people which contributes to our customer service team immensely. She is one of the reasons people love to call InfoWest.

She is grateful for the opportunities that she has had at InfoWest. She first began her InfoWest journey when she visited an old friend (Matt) at the InfoWest office in Richfield, and he and Randy, one of InfoWest’s founders, brought up that InfoWest was hiring a customer service representative. She applied, got the job and has since been working for The Internet People for 4 years.

Tiffany was familiar with the building and internet business because her father started an Internet company in the same building that InfoWest is now in, in Richfield. She enjoys the environment that helps her feel like some things haven’t changed. Tiffany feels right at home while she’s working.

She expressed that she likes everyone that she works with. “Everyone is always willing to help each other.”

When Tiffany is not at work she enjoys creating products for her Etsy shop. Her eye for art and wonderful Customer service skills play a great role in her business as well as the role she plays for InfoWest.
Tiffany is excited to see gig-speed internet in Sevier Valley.  “It’s crazy how far technology has come.”

Join InfoWest and Tell Congress NOT to Tax Your Internet

Join InfoWest and Tell Congress NOT to Tax Your Internet

The House of Representatives Wants to Add a “Universal Service Fund” Fee (tax) to your Internet Bill (H.R 6723).
Most of these fees would be used to subsidize telephone companies to provide broadband service in rural areas. Would you be surprised to learn that many rural telecom providers “wholeheartedly” endorse this bill? InfoWest opposes taxes on internet services. We hope you will join us in fighting this bill.
